Who can apply

1. disabled workers

2. disabled government employees

3. business owners who employ or intend to employ disabled people (meet the following conditions)

- Employ 4 or fewer workers

- Employing or planning to hire a disabled worker within 3 months

Support includes

2 years of employment retention period (must submit an assistive technology device payment guarantee insurance policy upon selection)

Support up to KRW 15 million per disabled person (KRW 20 million for severe cases)

Application Period

Year-round application (early termination when the budget is exhausted)

How to apply

1. Access the Korea Employment Service website and click 'Assistive Technology Device Support' in the top menu 'Employment Support Service for PWDs'

2. Download and fill out the Assistive Technology Device Support Application Form

3. Prepare supporting documents

- Completed Assistive Technology Device Support Application Form

- Documents to prove that you are a registered disabled person (e.g. copy of welfare card)

- Documents confirming your status as a worker, government employee, or business owner (e.g., employment certificate, copy of business license)

4. Submit a fax/email to the corresponding industrial complex branch in the area of your business.
